STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This professional training program is recommended for intermediate and advanced dancers to help each meet the physical demands that come with all dance art forms. 

DURATION

Classes are 1-hour in duration. Click the button above for more details and schedules.

DRESS CODE

Any color leotards and leggings. Males – white or black t-shirts and black pants.

AGE RANGE

Classes range from ages 6 and up to adults.
PRE-REQUISITES:
Some advanced classes have pre-requisites. Check the class schedule above. Strength and Training classes are by Director approval only.
